The SiPalto team achieved a lot of milestones last year and we worked hard in the last quater to completely redesign our website, making it easier for colleagues and customers to quickly find the info they need about our products and services.
One question that has been in discussion amongst the tech team for a long time was; how do we let customers know if we have a major service problem, without them having to phone or email us?
It’s not a problem that is very common on the SiPalto network where we are proud to have achieved 100% platform up time in 2020.
Still, it’s essential that customers can either be alerted the moment there is a service affecting problem, or be able to find the information themselves (without having to email into Support and wait for a response).
So we are pleased to announce the launch of our new service status page which can be found at the top of every page on our website, under the Support link.
Or you can go straight there by navigating to status.sipalto.com, you will be able to check the current status of every SiPalto service, broken down into sub services . You can also subscribe to automatic emails based on only the service you’re interested in knowing about.
We hope you enjoy the new status page and find little reason to navigate to it ;).
There are many more customer service improvements in the pipeline for 2021 including a knowledge base refresh, as well as our continued drive to add more bitesize guides and articles. We have had great feedback about the quality of the short guides and will continue to add more to cover every feature of the service.
