Yes you can, whether you're using a traditional PSTN or ISDN business phone system, or using another VoIP provider, we can seamlessly port your numbers into the Sipalto network and we manage the entire porting process on your behalf, we ensure a smooth transfer.

We generally recommend a fibre broadband connection to ensure a perfect service, we can check your current internet connection and provide the right advice to ensure the service will work well.

We are always up front about our costs, there are no hidden charges whatsoever. The only monthly charge which may vary is your call charge which is determined by how many calls you make and to which destination. With SiP Cloud you can view your itemised call spend in real-time via our dashboard, so you always know how much each call costs.

Call quality is determined by your broadband connection, if using fibre you shouldn't get any issues. We are on hand to help should you run in to any issues and will work with you to ensure call quality is at a professional level.
