We have been based at the same address in East London for over 10 years and it was infact the very first office we occupied, starting off in a windowless 100 square foot room with just 2 (non matching) desks, 2 chairs, a sofa and a rack with stock on it. This is where our company founders Ahmed Murad and Ian Rendell spent a lot of their time, on their Cisco SPA VoIP phones trying to drum up new buinsess.
Well a lot has happened in that time, we built a great relationship with the building landlord as we slowly began to occupy more and more space, eventually occupying 3 office units within the building in Haggerston. We’ve had an incredible time and East London is a very cool place to be.
But all chapters in any business must end to make way for another to begin. We have had the discussion many times over the years of the benefits of moving more central, and with better transport links around and out of London, as well as closer proximity to our key customers in the very heart of London, we have finally pushed the button.
From the 14th August, we will have officially moved SiPalto HQ to Marylebone, right next door to Marylebone Train Station. We are excited to be based at this new location overlooking the train station concourse and welcoming visitors as soon as possible.
